• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
• We are only able to accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. Bank.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service and arrive between 3-5 business days from ship date.
• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• The shipping cost for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to tax, where applicable.
• Canadian orders, please add an additional 10% to your order value for shipping. Your order will arrive 7-10 business days from ship date.
• All International orders, please add an additional 20% to your order value for shipping. Your order will arrive 14-21 business days from ship date.

Return Policy

Patterns, books and kits may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Merchandise returned for exchange or replacement to Planted Seed Designs must be accompanied by:

• The original Order Number.
• Customer's name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address.
• All shipments must be insured for the full value of the contents.
• Planted Seed Designs cannot be responsible for uninsured packages or packages returned without the above information.
